These terms cover your use of this website while Karamu is in pre-launch. The only thing you can do here today is join the early-access waitlist — so these terms are deliberately short. A full service agreement will apply once you onboard onto the live product.
Early access, not a live service
Karamu is not yet generally available. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you about early access — it is not a contract to provide the service, and it does not guarantee a place, a price, or a launch date. Features described on this site are our plan for the product and may change before launch.
Using this site
When you use this site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when you join the waitlist.
- Use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
- Not submit information on behalf of someone else without their permission.
The early-access offer
Our offer for the first 50 restaurants — two months free and 1:1 onboarding — is a launch-period incentive. We may change or close it, and confirmed terms will be set out in your onboarding agreement when Karamu goes live for you.
Our content
The Karamu name, logo, copy, and the designs on this site belong to Karamu Hospitality Ltd. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our branding or content without our permission.
No warranties & liability
This pre-launch site is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this site.
